2. Quiz Competetion
Reporting Time: 0930 Hrs on 12th Oct, 2024 (Saturday)
Final Round : 12th Oct, 2024 (Saturday) from 1000Hrs - 1200Hrs

3. Woman Only RANGOLI competition
Date: Ashtami, 11-10-2024, Thursday. ; Time: 3:30 pm to 4:30 pm.
1. Only ladies, above age of 18 years, can participate in this competition.
Each participant will be assigned a floor area of 3 ft x 3 ft, within which rangoli must be contained.
2. Participants shall bring powder colors as per their choice.
3. No parmanent or liquid color is allowed.
4. Portable flowers, lamps, stickers etc. decorative items are not allowed to be used in the rangoli.
5. Participants shall bring all the tools required for the rangoli.
6. Participants must complete the rangoli within specified time limit of one hour.
7. Position (1st, 2nd, 3rd) prizes shall be presented if minimum 5 participants take part in the competition.
8. Participation gift shall be presented in case of less than 5 participants taking part in the competition.
9. Last date of entry is 10-10-2024. (MahaSaptami)

4. Fancy Dress Competition for the KIDS from Pre-KG, LKG, UKG, and upper UKG
Date: 13-10-2024, Sunday (Maha Dashami); Time: 10:00 am;
1. Two groups will be there. 1st group is for the kids from Pre-KG and LKG, 2nd group is for the kids from UKG and Upper UKG.
2. Parents should ensure to arrange the dress and any other materials (e.g. placard etc.) required for their kids participating in the competition.
3. Position (1st, 2nd, 3rd) prizes shall be presented if minimum 5 participants take part in the competition. For less than 5 participants, all the participants will get participation prize. Decision of the jury will be final in this regards.
4. Parents can enrol the names of their kids from Maha Saptami (10-10-2024), 7 pm onwards at the Kalpakkam Durga Puja reception desk.
5. Last day of entry is Maha Nabami (12-10-2024) evening 9 pm.

5. Tableau competition.
Date: Maha Saptami (10-10-24) Thursday, Time: 10 am.
1. Maximum 8 participants can join in one team.
2. Tableau theme must convey some positive message to the society.
3. Political, religious, violent themes must be avoided.
4. There is no age limit.
5. Persons participating in other cultural activities during Puja may also take part.
6. Same participant shall not take part in more than one tableau.
7. Each team must come under one coordinator.
8. The team coordinator shall confirm their willingness to participate on or before 05-10-24.
9. Minimum 5 teams will be required for prize positions (1st, 2nd, 3rd). Else, only participation gift will be considered.
